Alabama's Original Blue Line BBQ & Grill
BLUE LINE BBQ was started from a desire to provide a quality product for a reasonable price. Founded by Mike Adams, after retiring from a lengthy law enforcement career, having served both here in the USA and overseas, Mike wanted to continue a legacy of service by sharing his passion for traditional North Alabama BBQ with others.
Run by the Adams family, Mike runs the pit and the kitchen , while his wife Bethany oversees the Admin and Catering.
With roots in the local area, protecting the Alabama Coast is highly important to Blue Line BBQ & Grill, and for that reason all the packaging material used for to go and delivery orders are either biodegradable, or recyclable. No styrofoam is used.
