Alabama's Original Blue Line BBQ & Grill

BLUE LINE BBQ was started from a desire to provide a quality product for a reasonable price. Founded by Mike Adams, after retiring from a lengthy law enforcement career, having served both here in the USA and overseas, Mike wanted to continue a legacy of service by sharing his passion for traditional North Alabama BBQ with others.

Run by the Adams family, Mike runs the pit and the kitchen , while his wife Bethany oversees the Admin and Catering.

With roots in the local area, protecting the Alabama Coast is highly important to Blue Line BBQ & Grill, and for that reason all the packaging material used for to go and delivery orders are either biodegradable, or recyclable. No styrofoam is used.

Pitmaster Mike Adams

Prior to a degree in culinary, Mike had been Southern classically trained...that is he was raised in the kitchen by his Grandmother Lorene, in Decatur, Alabama. Lorene is the person who inspired his passion for cooking and service. Mike has kept his family, friends and customers fed and happy for the past 30 years.
